Viscous coupling for the mechanically driven radiator fan<\/strong> of various Mercedes models with, among others, M103 and M104 engines.<\/p>\n

The viscous coupling regulates the drive of the radiator fan depending on the cooling demand. As the temperature increases, the fan is driven more strongly, moving more air through the radiator. A properly functioning viscous coupling is particularly important when low driving speeds, idling and warm weather<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
