Installation advice

Before installation, always completely remove any anti-corrosion protection, oil, grease, or other contaminants from the brake disc surfaces. Use a suitable brake cleaner for this purpose and ensure that the brake surfaces are completely clean, dry, and grease-free before installation.

Always replace brake discs per axle and install new brake pads at the same time. Used brake pads have worn in on the old brake discs and, if reused, can cause an uneven contact surface, reduced braking performance, vibrations, noise, and an incorrect wear pattern of the new brake discs.

Before installation, also carefully clean the contact surface of the wheel hub and remove rust, dirt, and other irregularities. The brake disc must lie completely flat and free of tension against the wheel hub. A dirty, corroded, or uneven contact surface can cause wobbling of the brake disc and, consequently, brake vibrations.

Always check before purchase and installation whether the part is suitable and equivalent based on photos, description, and specifications; installed or used parts cannot be returned.
